Privacy Policy
Auralyx is a browser extension designed to provide per-tab audio controls and related sound features. This Privacy Policy explains what information Auralyx does and does not collect.
Information Auralyx Collects
Auralyx does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information.
Audio and Website Data
Auralyx interacts with browser tabs and audio playback only to provide its core functionality, such as volume control, equalizer settings, limiter behavior, and related audio adjustments.
Auralyx does not record your microphone, does not record your browsing activity for analytics, and does not transmit the contents of websites, tab audio, or personal data to external servers.
Local Storage
Auralyx may store settings locally in your browser so the extension can remember your preferences, such as:
- volume settings
- equalizer values
- presets
- interface preferences
This information stays on your device unless your browser sync settings cause extension preferences to sync through your browser account.
Third-Party Services
Auralyx does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or remote data collection services.
Data Sharing
Because Auralyx does not collect personal data, it does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
Children's Privacy
Auralyx is not directed toward children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
